The big attraction at the end of the show will be the $10,000 Big One Carbusters Demolition Derby that is sure to attract some of Western Australia’s wildest drivers.
And given there is an impressive $10K on the line you can be assured they will be going hard to win the cash.
Prior to that we have some great speedway action, including the Wormall Civil Sprintcar Westernapolis, that will also be the Grand Final of the 2014-15 AHG Sprintcar Series.
At the moment Cameron Gessner is in the box seat to win the WA series for the second time and given the team’s strong form at the moment they will be hard to beat.
But it’s not a done deal yet and current WA champion Jason Kendrick is still a long shot of winning the crown but the sprintcar racing on the night will be much more than a battle between these two with 20 other teams also chasing individual glory.
Another attraction on the night will be the 43rd Annual Pool Shop Group WA Speedcar Championship that includes the nominations of American Davey Ray, Sydney’s Mark Brown and South Australia’s Angelo Karoussis.
When we add in local guys such as Dayne Kingshott, Lee Redmond, Scott Glazebrook, Neville Lance, Todd Waddell, Kaiden Manders and many more, this will be a great battle for championship glory in the 30-lap final.
Another great field of AJ Cochrane and Sons Formula 500s and Southside Engine Centre Super Sedans are also set to entertain race fans before the wildest drivers in WA are let loose in the arena for the Demo Derby.
Don’t miss this one.
