The field has been boosted by the appearance of American young gun Sheldon Haudenschild who is in Australia with his famous father Jac ( who is racing on the east coast).
Sheldon will contest three races here in WA in the USA90, driving for Keen Motorsport and being a team mate for Daniel Keen in the W90.
There have been five different winners from the six rounds so far.
Ryan Farrell started the season off with a win in the Grand Opening Showdown at the Motorlex and this was followed up with Shaun Bradford winning the Magic Man.
Farrell then claimed round three (the first of the Bunbury races) before Cameron Gessner overcame some early-season bad luck to win the 40-lap King of Wings in Perth.
Brooke Tatnell fined tuned the Krikke Motorsport hotrod with a win in Bunbury on November 29 before that team loaded up and headed east.
And Jason Kendrick led home Californian Kyle Hirst and Tatnell in the WA Championship in Perth on December 6.
A good field of 23 cars has nominated for the Sprintcar Christmas Cup at the Motorplex.
It includes Mandurah youngster Jacob Lucas who is making his AHG Series debut in the #37 machine after running it in the FAST Series in Perth on Saturday night.
Veteran car owner Rod Howe also returns to Super Speedway action for the first time in many years.
In recent years he has put a few different drivers in the #96 machine but will be driving himself this week.
Not only will the Sprintcars be on track, but also the Southside Engine Centre Super Sedans, Late Models, AJ Cochrane and Sons Formula 500s and the Pool Shop Group Speedcars.
And rounding out the show will be round two of the Carbusters WA Demolition Derby Championship.
