Topping the bill is the Wormall Civil Sprintcars and these guys, in their 410ci machines, are set to sizzle around the 500 metre circuit.
The times some of the top guys have been doing this season have been unbelievable and on a few occasions we have seen them bouncing off the wall without missing a beat and continuing to produce great racing.
The usual suspects are in town, heading up by guys such as David Priolo, Mark Wells, Ryan Farrell, Jake Beard-Miller (who will be running in two divisions on the ngiht), Cameron Gessner, Shaun Bradford, Callum Williamson, Kye Scroop, Jason Kendrick, Shane Norris and Brad and Jamie Maiolo.
We also have American young gun Sheldon Haudenschild in the field for his third WA appearance.
The TW Mechanical 360 Sprintcars are also part of the show and ready to put on another great show.
There is plenty of talent in this division including Jason Priolo, Stephen Adley, Danny Attwood, Aldo De Paiolo, Jamie Buszan and Sean Zemunik.
The Limited Sprintcars always impress when the rock up at the Motorplex and when we have the likes of Brayden Miller, Todd and Gavin Davis, Benny Migro and the Mash Brewery team of Merv Woolford, Kevan Grant and Brad Box in the field it will be game on.
The Wingless Sprints have been a mainstay of the FAST Racing Series here at Kwinana Beach but this Saturday night they make one of their Super Speedway appearances and are set to show racefans how much fun racing can be on a budget.
And rounding out the show is another round of the AJ Cochrane and Sons Formula 500s.
They might be the smallest class of car in the field tonight but they are by no means the slowest.
The speeds produced from these pocket rockets are unbelievable and many of the top drivers could easily match the times produced by some of the sprintcar drivers.
Book your ticket online and we will see you trackside this Saturday night.
The catch is, you need to be showing your favourite sporting team colours at the entry gates.
We would suggest that with the Fremantle Dockers fighting tooth and nail in AFL Finals footy right now, there will be a strong purple haze, this Wednesday at the ‘Plex!
After last week’s season opening Formula Tech Whoop-Ass Wednesday fun at Perth Motorplex, where hundreds of Perth’s coolest street cars and bikes waged bragging rights down the Perth Motorplex quarter mile, as well as just everyday people, in everyday cars – seeing what their machines are truly capable of!
Also the new #PerthMotorplex hashtag fun, focused around the Instagram photos action on the Giant Video Screen through the night – proved a real winner!
Racing cranks from 6pm, Burnouts smoke-up from 9pm.
