IT’s great to have the Junior Sedans back at the Perth Motorplex this weekend for the Merger Contracting Gold Cup Grand Final.
The assembled field is a very good one with a mix of top stars and new stars – the top stars are the more mature and semi-mature racers and the new stars have only been in the sport a very short time.
Without doubt the most traveled and successful driver Josh Fraser will be hoping to continue his outstanding form as he attempts to win another feature race here.
Fraser is the current Northern Territory champion and races around our state and our country on a regular basis.
His main challenges will come from several drivers with Travis Armstrong, George Eaton, and Mitchell Bosveld all able to mix it with Fraser as has been the case throughout the FAST Racing series.
Whilst those drivers may be regularly in the top four or five, drivers like Isaac Arnold, Cameron Alfirevich, Jacob Potts , Hayden Thomas and the smiling Mitch Killeen have all shown excellent car speed and have really stepped up their own racecraft.
The new stars in Beau Doyle, Brooke Sutton and Caleb Haddon will without doubt put on their own battle as all three have shown great car speed at times this season with Sutton and Doyle consistently racing side by side.
