Where can I get an Entry Form from? Entry forms are available from the web site, you can either download a form or fill out an Online Entry Form (credit card required), just click the link on the bottom of this page! The other alternative is to call the office on 9419 6622 and a form can be posted to you. My Car isn't registered, can I still enter? Yes you can! I don't have I licence at the moment, can I still enter? Yes, you just need to prove you have held a licence in the past. I don't have any photo's of my car, do I have to attach photograph of my car to the entry form? Yes, photographs are essential! No Photo No Entry. Entry forms received without photographs will be returned without processing. I'm not sure if my car will be ready for MV23, but I really want to enter my car. If you're not sure if your car will be finished for Motorvation, fill out an entry form and attach a note including progress photos explaining what you plan on doing to your car. This way the Motorvation Committee will be able to imagine what your car is going to look like. Some of the previous Motorvation Show & Shine Winners have been people who only finished their car days before the event! Just keep the Motorvation Committee updated with new photos as major changes are completed. When will I be told if my car has been accepted into the show? After nominations close (November 30), The Motorvation Committee will endeavour to advise all entrants, via mail, early December. My car has been accepted into Motovation, but my friend hasn't! Why? Each year Motorvation attracts approximately 1000 entrants, with only 800 positions available for the show, unfortunately around 200 great cars will miss out. The Motorvation Committee looks for high presentation levels, unique features (weither it may be paint work, decals, monster stereo, body kits e.t.c.) and variety of vehicles. *A tip for entrants - ensure that you provide high quality photos with your entry! Many entrants have missed out on a position as the photos supplied have been taken in a dark shed! Make sure you show off your pride and joy! I just want to come and watch. Can I pre-purchase tickets? Yes you can, there are two main options: 1. Print tickets at home (credit card required) CLICK HERE TO PURCHASE NOW 2. Tickets available from the office Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm (EFTPOS facilities available). How much are spectator tickets? Please click here to be directed to the ticket prices. I want to set up a Trade Stand at the show, how do I go about doing that? You'll just need to fill out a Trader Form! Hurry Positions are limited! Forms are available on the website (click here) or you can email motorvation@motorplex.com.au or call the office to arrange a form to be posted to you. I have paid my entry fee, but now I want to camp, can I? Accepted entrants can upgrade their entry to include a camping pass by calling the office (9419 6622), you will just need to pay the difference. You will be able to do this until 5pm on the 17th January 2009. I want my kids to camp with me during Motorvation, can they? Children are welcome to camp with their family; however the entrant is solely responsible for their supervision. Camping cost is one standard price per person. I have been accepted into Motorvation and I want to purchase another Buddy Pass, can I? You can purchase extra buddy passes, but each entrant is limited to 3. Buddy passes will need to be purchased before December 31st 2008. Do I need to wear a seat belt when I'm participating in driving events? Yes, drivers and passengers must wear seatbelts while participating in driving events. I like to keep my vehicle clean, will there be anywhere to wash it? You can wash your car in the Wash Bays provided behind the Judging/Scrutineering shed. My mate said I can go in the car with him during driving events, can I? Entrants will be permitted passengers for the Car Balance, Parkarama, Motorkhana and Burnouts (conditions apply). Seatbelts must be worn during the driving events. Will there be EFTPOS/ATM facilities available at the venue? Yes, EFTPOS and Cash out facilities will be available at the main ticket box and at the Virtual Energy Merchandise shop you can purchase items via EFTPOS. I want to have my car judged, where can I do this? All Elite Entrants will be judged automatically in the Pavilion. All other entrants will be required to take their car to the Judging/Scrutineering Shed between the times allocated in the entrant guide. |
