At the end of the 40-lap feature race we will crown the King of Wings for the 2015-16 season.
There is a lot list of contenders for the event including four drivers who have won it before – Jamie Maiolo (twice), Ken Sartori, Ryan Farrell and South Australian Luke Dillon.
They all have a point to prove and all believe they can win it again.
But a whole host of other drivers will have a say in that including David Priolo who nearly claimed the crown last year before succumbing to damage on the front-end of his car and limping home in second to Cameron Gessner.
Then there is Shaun Bradford (who has been in sensational form already this summer and won the Magic Man event here on November 7), Ben Ellement and Brad Maiolo (who have both stood on the podium twice from three shows), WA champion Jason Kendrick, Kye Scroop (who had enjoyed a pair of fifths) and Wormall Motorsport team mates Lee Nash and Daryl Clayden who are starting to post good results.
In total there are 27 drivers who will be chasing victory in the King of Wings final that includes an infield pitstop that will be called somewhere between laps 15 and 25, making this a high-speed shootout as well as a game of strategy.
Fans of sprintcars will be in for a big show as the TW Mechanical 360 Sprintcars and Limited Sprintcars are also racing, along with the Alltools Formula 500s.
We look forward to seeing you trackside this Saturday night.
