The second-generation racer is yet to win the national title and is leaving no stone unturned in his quest to come out on top at the end of the two-night showdown.
His lack of results in the national title don’t reflect just how strong a racer Vosbergen really is.
His only podium finish in the big race was back in the 2012-13 championship that was held at Bunbury Speedway where he finished second to American Steve Francis, with Warren Oldfield third.
Since returning from a busy racing schedule in America in our off-season Vosbergen hasn’t had much seat time with son Brent racing instead.
That is no reason for his rivals to relax.
When Vosbergen puts the #8 machine onto the track this weekend you can be guaranteed it will be fast and spectacular.
Make sure you are here on both nights to see how it unfolds.
The Alltools Formula 500s will be racing on both nights as well with the Pool Shop Group Speedcars scheduled for Friday night and the Wormall Civil Sprintcars on Saturday night.
