Perth Motorplex Speedway Manager Gavin Migro has confirmed the new date for the title after it was agreed to by the Sprintcar Association of Western Australia.
Kendrick will no doubt have his work cut out for him in his bid to win a third WA title, particularly from Ryan Farrell who has won seven titles, former WA champions Jamie Maiolo, David Priolo and Mark Wells.
Then of course there are a whole heap of highly-credentialled drivers such as Cameron Gessner and Shaun Bradford who haven’t won a WA title yet but are keen to add that trophy to their collection.
And speaking of title news, after a long absence the WA 360 Sprintcar Championship returns to the Motorplex on January 30 as part of The Great Caravan, Boat and Dunny Derby Derby show.
Farrell is the defending WA champion in this division after winning the title last season from David Hall and Jake Beard-Miller.
