October 17 is the first diary entry you are going to need with the Grand Opening Showdown and Fireworks locked in that night.
After a long winter the season-opener is much anticipated by racers, teams and racefans alike and this season will be no different.
From there we move into the Magic Man 34 on November 7 that will once again feature Sprintcar and Speedcar feature races contested over 34 laps, paying tribute to the late, great Michael Figliomeni.
If you are a Speedcar fan you know this is a must-see event with the country’s best drivers, along with some tough talent from America, pushing themselves to the absolute limit for Magic Man glory.
November 21 will see the running of the Scardifield Smash Repairs King of Wings that features a different format where the Sprintcar teams contest 20-laps of the final before an infield pitstop and another 20 laps.
On December 19 the Super Speedway show will include a Bring Your Kids Free promotion as part of the festive season celebrations.
One of the most popular events is the annual Boxing Day Bonanza and Demo Derby on December 26 – where racefans take advantage of great weather and the festive break to enjoy a great night of Motortainment.
2016 kicks off with the 12th Annual Sprintcar Muster that has proved to be popular with fans of ‘those things with wings’ with a few different divisions competing in an all open-wheel night of racing.
January 15-16 will see the track come to life with the DiCandilo Steel City Late Model Australian Championship.
It’s been a while since we have hosted the Late Model title and early indications point to this event being a firecracker.
For something a little different there will be The Great Caravan, Boat and Dunny Derby on January 30.
Sprintcar fans will happy with two rounds of World Series Sprintcars this season – the first being on February 13, followed by the series Grand Final on February 26-27.
The Sprintcar Westernapolis is on March 12 and will be followed by the DiCandilo Steel City Silver Cup and Demo Derby on March 26.
The penultimate Super Speedway show is the Firecracker round on April 9 and then it all winds up with the Gold Cup Grand Final on April 23.
On top of that we have six FAST Racing Series rounds with the first of those on October 10.
With so much Speedway action planned the Perth Motorplex is THE place to be again in 2015-16.
